Notice of Dormitory on Seoul Campus (Namsan & Chungmu residence) Application

1. 대상(For Whom)

  2023-1학기 외국인 재학생 / 신(편)입생 (학부/대학원)

International students who are enrolling undergraduate / graduate program for the spring semester, 2023.

* 교환학생은 글로벌교류팀으로 신청

Exchange students must apply to Office of International Relations

2. 기숙사 안내 (기숙사명을 클릭하시면 더 자세한 정보를 확인할 수 있습니다.)

※ 기숙사 선택은 불가능하며, 내부 기준에 따라 남산학사 또는 충무학사로 배정 예정

   It is not possible to choose dormitories. Students will be assgined dormitory based on school policy.

3. 입사기간 및 기숙사비 Residence Period / Dormitory Fees

※ 충무학사는 남산학사를 기준으로 모든 기숙사비를 수납받을 예정이며, 충무학사로 배정된 인원은 입사 후 환불처리 예정

  Students pay the dormitory fee based on Namsan Haksa. If they are staying in Chungmu Haksa, the fee will be re-calculated and refunded.

※ 입사 후 입사기간 연장/단축/환불이 불가능하므로 신중하게 고려 후 기간선택 바랍니다.

Withdrawing, refunding, extending or shortening of the stay period is not allowed after check-in the dorm.

※ 4개월 거주자는 2023.5월 중 겨울방학 입사신청 시 연장신청 가능합니다.

4 months residents are eligible to extend their stay for the winter vacation in May, 2023.

※ 2023학년도부터 입사보증금은 폐지. 시설관리비(3만원)이 기숙사비에 포함되며, 퇴사 후 환불되지 않음

  Starting from 2023, deposit fee will be abolished. Fees for facilities maintanence(30,000KRW) is included in the dormitory fee and not refundable.

※ 위 기숙사비에 식비는 포함되지 않음 (별도 구입)

Meal tickets are not included. (should be bought individually.)

4. 신청 일정 Application Period

★ 우선 선발 Priority

- 정부초청장학생 KGSP Scholar

- 2023-1학기 신(편)입생 Freshman / transfer student (학부생 우선)

- 재학생은 직전학기 성적순 High GPA scores at last semester

※ 신청자가 많을 경우 일부 신청자는 입사가 제한될 수 있습니다.

If there are a lot of applicants, students may be restricted from occupying the dormitory residence.

5. 신청 바로가기 Apply (Click) / 신청기간에만 OPEN 됨.

6. 유의사항 Notice

  - 평일 오전 10시 ~ 오후 4시(점심시간 12시 ~ 1시 제외)에 입사 수속 가능

   Check-in is only available during weekday from 10am to 4pm (Except lunch break : 12pm ~1pm)

  - 주말 및 공휴일은 입사 불가

   Check-in during weekend or holiday is not available.

  - 기숙사 침대 배정은 입사 순서에 따른 선착순으로 배정할 예정

   Dormitory beds will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis according to the order of check-in.

  - 여분의 호실이 없기 때문에 남산학사, 충무학사 모두 방 변경이 불가

    Since there is no vacancy, room change after check-in is not available.

  - 정규 입사기간(2023.2.23 ~ 3.2) 외에도 입사가 가능하나, 미리 기숙사 측(ggkg11@dongguk.edu)에 입사 예정일을 미리 고지해야 함

    Check-in is available apart from official check-in period(Feb. 23 ~ Mar. 2, 2023). But please inform the dormitory office(ggkg11@dongguk.edu) in advance.

  - 기숙사 내부에서는 전열기구(고데기, 전기매트, 전기포트, 밥솥 등) 반입 금지

   Electric heating appliances (Hair iron, electric mats, electric pots, rice cookers, and etc.) are not allowed to use inside the dormitory.

  - 110V 전압의 전자기구 전체 일절 반입 금지

    All electronic devices with 110V are prohibited.

  - 방 안에서 취사행위 금지

    Cooking is prohibited in the room.

  - 애완동물(곤충류 포함) 반입 금지

    Pets(including insects) are prohibited.

  - 실내에서 흡연(전자담배 포함), 음주, 주류반입 등은 금지(적발 시 강제 퇴사)

   Smoking(including e-cigarettes), drinking, and bringing in alcoholic beverages indoors are prohibited (forced resignation when caught)

  - 공식 입사일(2023.2.23) 이후 퇴사 신청 시, 기숙사 규정에 따라 차감 후 환불처리

   If ones apply for dormitory cancellation after official check-in date(Feb. 23, 2023), the dormitory fee will be refunded based on dormitory policy.
