성적표는 반드시 PDF 파일로 제출하여 주시기 바랍니다. 스크린샷(캡처본)은 인정되지 않습니다.

메일 제목 또는 본문에 반드시 학번, 학과(전공), 이름을 기재하여 주시기 바랍니다.

인적사항(학번, 학과, 이름) 확인이 불가능한 경우 성적표 등록이 불가할 수 있습니다.

■ 유의사항

  · 제출기한 이후 성적표를 제출하는 경우, 졸업 인정 가능 여부에 대하여 본인 소속 학과(전공) 학사운영실에 문의하시기 바랍니다.

  · 기한 내 미제출 시 졸업심사에 불이익이 발생할 수 있습니다.

如无法确认个人信息（学号、专业、姓名），成绩证明可能无法登记。

· 如在截止日期后提交成绩证明，请向本人所属专业（院系）教务办公室咨询是否可以认定为毕业资格材料。

· 未按时提交可能会对毕业审核产生影响。

Dear Students,

This is the Global Student Team.

All international undergraduate students who are expected to graduate in August 2026 are required to submit a TOPIK (Test of Proficiency in Korean) Level 4 or higher certificate for graduation requirement verification.

■ Eligibility

· International undergraduate students expected to graduate in August 2026

■ Required Document

· One copy of a TOPIK Level 4 or higher certificate

The certificate must be submitted in PDF format. Screenshots or image captures will not be accepted.

■ Submission Deadline

· By July 3, 2026 (Friday)

■ Submission Method

· Email submission: scf@dongguk.edu

Please include your Student ID Number, Department (Major), and Full Name in the email subject or body.

Certificates without the required personal information (Student ID Number, Department, and Name) may not be processed or registered.

■ Important Notes

· If you submit your certificate after the deadline, please contact your department office regarding whether it can still be accepted for graduation evaluation.

· Failure to submit the certificate by the deadline may result in disadvantages during the graduation review process.
