Announcement of the result of 2024-Spring admission for international graduate students(2nd) 

2024학년도 1학기 일반대학원 외국인 특별전형 합격자를 다음과 같이 발표하오니,

합격자는 ‘합격자 유의사항’을 반드시 확인하시어 입학 및 비자변경에 문제가 없도록 유의하시기 바랍니다.

Successful Applicants must confirm the ‘Guideline for Successful Applicants’,

it include detailed schedule for admission, visa application information.

- 로그인 방법(How to Login) : 수험번호 및 생년월일 입력

Put appication number and applicant’s birth date(YYMMDD)

아이디 : 수험번호 / 비밀번호 : 생년월일dg!

ID : Application number / PW : Bith Date (YYMMDD)+dg!

ex) ID : 1C1234567, PW: 960101dg!

- 크롬(Crome) 또는 엣지(Edge)를 사용하여 접속 바랍니다.

Should use Crome or Edge to login.

■ 합격자 미제출서류 확인Check Unsubmitted documents(Click!!!)

- 미제출서류는 2024. 2. 2.(금)까지 반드시 제출하시기 바랍니다.

You should submit all the unsubmitted documents until 2.2.(Fri), 2024.

- 2024. 2월 졸업예정자의 학력서류(졸업증명서,성적증명서): 2024. 2. 23.(금)까지

Those who are expected to graduate on 2024. 2(Graduation Certificate and Transcript): By 2024. 2. 23.(Fri)

■ 등록금 납부(Tuition fee Payment)

- 납부 기간: 2024. 1. 29.(월) ~ 1. 31.(수) (1월 26일(금)부터 고지서 출력 가능)

Period of payment : 2024. 1. 29.(Mon) ~ 1. 31.(Wed) (Print out the tuition bill are available from 1.26.(Fri))

- 해당 기간에만 납부 가능하며, 기간 내에 등록금을 납부하지 않으면 자동 불합격됩니다. 반드시 기간 내에 납부 바랍니다.

Must paid within the period, If not, acceptance will be cancelled.

- 해외 송금은 절대 불가합니다.

Deposit payment must be made via Korean bank only. Wiring from overseas bank is not allowed.

- SRD합격자는 등록금을 납부하지 않아도 됩니다.

(합격자 명단은 일반대학원 학사운영실에서 별도 송부 받을 예정으로, 학생 본인의 지원 정보 안내 불필요)

Successful SRD applicants do not need to pay the Deposit. (do not need to send apply information, we can check through Graduate School Team after apply period)

■ 비자 변경 관련 서류 신청(Regarding VISA)

- 표준입학허가서 발급: 2024. 2월 이후(등록금 납부 후)

Issuance of Certificate of admission : 2024. February (After tuition fee payment)

※ 표준입학허가서 발급은 등록금 납부 후에만 가능

Issurance of Certificate of admission will be given only after payment is completed

- 수령방법 : 글로벌학생팀에서 메일 발송 예정 (원서접수 당시 입력한 이메일 주소로 메일 발송)

How to receive the certificate : Office of International Students will send it by email

■ 세부 사항은 합격자 발표 시 안내되는 ‘합격자 유의사항’을 반드시 확인하시기 바랍니다.

- 집중 중지 일시 : 2024.01.15.(월) 15:00 ~ 18:00 / 이후 간헐적 제한

※ On January 15, 2024 (Monday) 15:00~ , the URL for checking admission results may not operate smoothly due to campus system maintenance.

- Campus system maintenance period: January 15, 2024 (Monday) 15:00 ~ 24:00 (The working hours could be changed based on progress).

- Intensive interruption period: January 15, 2024 (Monday) 15:00 ~ 18:00 / After 18:00, there may be intermittent restrictions.
